Academic Background
Anna holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Mannheim. She spent time abroad at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa in Portugal and at Sciences Po Paris. In January 2020, Anna started her doctorate at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU.
Professional Background
During her studies, Anna completed various internships in consulting firms with a focus on strategy and marketing topics. Since 2018 she has been working for an international management consultancy in Düsseldorf. Anna is currently enrolled as external doctoral student at the Chair of Prof. Engelen.
Research Focus
In her research activities, Anna investigates the organizational development of startup companies as well as relevant moderators / success factors. She plans to work with large-scale secondary data.
