Academic Background
Viktoria holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and a Diplôme d'ingénieur Génie industriel from the Institut polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble INP). Viktoria also studied at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. In 2022, Viktoria started her PhD at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During her studies, Viktoria completed various internships in technology companies and management consultancies. Since 2019, she has been working for an international consultancy in Berlin. In this role, her focus is on digital strategy and business building projects. She is currently a research assistant at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Research Focus
As part of her research, Viktoria investigates the relationship between technological capabilities and sustainability in established companies.
