Academic Background
Clara holds a B.Sc. in International Business Studies from the University of Paderborn and a M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster. During her studies, she spent a year abroad at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan, and a semester abroad at emlyon Business School in Lyon. In May 2024, Clara started her PhD at the chair of Prof. Dr. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
Durin her studies, Clara completed various internships in both industry and consulting, which led her to New York, among other places. Since 2021, she has been working for an international management consultancy in Düsseldorf, where she primarily works with clients in matters related to People and Organization topics.
