Constantin Steigmiller

Academic Background

Constantin holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Mannheim. Further, he spent some time abroad at the Rotman School of Commerce (University of Toronto) in Canada. In November 2020 Constantin started his doctorate at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU.

Professional Background

During his studies, Constantin gained first practical experience in consulting and investment banking firms, as well as in the VC industry and the public sector. Since 2018 he works for an international strategy consulting firm in Munich. He is currently enrolled as a research associate at HHU Düsseldorf, supporting a practical cooperation project. 

Research Focus

IIn his research, Constantin focuses on the intersection of Marketing and Finance. He investigates capital market effects of different marketing and trademark strategies.
