Academic Background
Isabell holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Private Law, from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Isabell completed her M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In October 2021, Isabell started her PhD at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During her studies, Isabell completed various internships in the automotive industry as well as auditing and worked as a student trainee at a French luxury goods company. Since 2018, Isabell has been working for international management consultancies, one year of which was spent in London and since 2019 in Munich. She is currently a research assistant at HHU Düsseldorf.
Research Focus
In her research activities, Isabell focuses on the influence of social media activities on the development of new ventures. Isabell plans to work with extensive secondary data.
