Academic Background
Isabella holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Berlin and an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
In parallel to her studies, Isabella completed various internships and working student activities in the fields of entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and real estate development. Since the beginning of 2018, Isabella has been working for an international management consultancy in Berlin. Here, Isabella placed a special focus on digital and IT strategies and served companies throughout their digital transformations.
Research Focus
As part of her research, Isabella investigates the existence and relevance of digital and analytics skills in companies. Isabella plans to work with secondary data.
