Academic Background
Julia holds a B.Sc. In International Business from Maastricht University and a Master in Management from London Business School. In January 2022, she started her doctorate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During her studies, Julia completed various internships in the project management function of a mobility company, in a management consultancy, and in the business development of a law firm. Since 2019, Julia has been working for an international management consultancy in Munich. She is currently working as a research assistant at HHU Düsseldorf.
Research Focus
In her research, Julia is investigating the influence of corporate culture on innovation activities of family businesses. Julia plans to work with extensive secondary data.
