Academic Background

Kseniya holds a B.Sc. in Management and M.A. in Strategic management and Corporate governance from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), as well as M.Sc. in Economics and Management from the Humboldt University in Berlin. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.

Professional Background

In parallel to her studies, Kseniya completed several internships, worked as a marketing specialist and an academic trainee researcher in the fields of innovations and project management, marketing studies and business development. After completing her master studies, she worked for more than three years as an international management trainee, project and efficiency management specialist, as well as lean expert by leading railway industry players. Since autumn 2016 Kseniya has been working for an international management consultancy in Hamburg. Here, she placed a special focus on manufacturing and service operations, and served companies throughout their operational transformations.

Research Focus

In her research activities, Kseniya investigates the effect of servitization on the companies’ business models and performance. She plans to work with large-scale secondary data.
