Academic Background
Lukas holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, a M.Sc. in International Management as well as a CEMS Master in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. Currently Lukas is a doctoral candidate at the chair of Professor Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
After completing his first degree, Lukas worked as a researcher for an international consultancy in Frankfurt and as Head of Operations for a Startup in the Philippines. Since 2018 he has been working for an international management consultancy in Berlin.
Research Focus
In his research activities, Lukas investigates the growth and organizational development of startups.
