Marleen Lucks

Academic Background

Marleen holds a B.A. in Aviation Management from IUBH School of Business and Management and an M.Sc. in international Management from Bocconi University. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf. 

Professional Background

After completing her Master’s degree, Marleen worked for an international consulting firm in Berlin for three years.

Research Focus

In her research activities, Marleen investigates the impact of the CEO’s testosterone level on firm success. She works with large-scale secondary data and uses methods such as deviation of traits from facial proportions in addition to classical structure testing methods like regression analysis.
