Oliver holds a Diploma in Information Systems and Information Management from the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich. In June 2020, Oliver started his doctorate at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU.

Oliver has held senior positions for many years with a global fast moving consumer goods company and an international management consultancy. Oliver is currently enrolled as external doctoral student at the Chair of Prof. Engelen.
Research Focus
In his research activities, Oliver investigates the interdependencies between corporate venture capital and startup companies as well as relevant moderators / success factors. He plans to work with large-scale secondary data.
