Academic Background
Anna holds a M.Sc. of Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as well as a B.A. in General Management from accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg. In addition, she spent parts of her studies abroad at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, USA and Universidad de San Andres in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In November 2022, Anna started her doctoral studies at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at HHU.
Professional Background
During her studies Anna completed internships and held working student positions in Private Equity and Consulting firms with a focus on M&A topics. Since September 2020 Anna has been working for an international management consultancy in Frankfurt. Anna currently is a research assistant at HHU.
Research Focus
In her research activities, Anna investigates the M&A process of companies with a focus on the role of the Chief Strategy Officer. Anna plans to work with extensive secondary data.
