Elvira completed both her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business Administration at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. As part of her studies, she also participated in the intercultural exchange program with the Chulalongkorn University Bangkok. In April 2024, she started her doctorate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During her studies, Elvira worked for an international technology group in the Human Resources department in Düsseldorf. She also worked in the sustainability department of a German soccer club in the 2nd Bundesliga. She is currently working as a research assistant at HHU Düsseldorf.
