Academic Background
Franziska holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Ravensburg. She obtained an M.A. and M.B.A in International Management and Intercultural Communication from TH Cologne, University of Warsaw, and University of North Florida in Jacksonville. In April 2024, she began her PhD at the chair of Prof. Dr. Engelen at HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During her dual studies at a trade fair construction company, Franziska gained experience in various areas of the company, with a focus on project management and sales. After completing her studies, she worked for a year as a project manager at her dual partner company. During her master's degree, she completed various internships. Since 2022, she has been working for an international management consulting firm in Cologne.
She is currently enrolled as a research associate at HHU Düsseldorf, supporting a practical cooperation project.
Research Focus
In her research, Franziska focuses on the influence of innovations on corporate crises. She plans to work with extensive secondary data.
