Academic Background
Julia holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the RWTH Aachen. In October 2021, Julia started her doctorate at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU.
Professional Background
During her studies, Julia interned several FMCG companies with a focus on supply chain management and marketing topics including a stay abroad in New York. Since 2014 she has been working for an international family business in the field of Innovationmanagement and recently took over responsibilities as Senior Product Manager. Julia is currently enrolled as external doctoral student at the Chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU.
Research Focus
In her research activities, Julia investigates how CVC activities impact the strategic focus of the Corporate. She plans to work with large-scale secondary data.
