Pascal holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from the University of Münster. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the chair of Prof. Engelen at the HHU Düsseldorf.
Professional Background
During his studies, Pascal completed various internships in private equity and consulting firms with a focus on strategy and marketing topics. Since 2018 he has been working for an international management consultancy in Düsseldorf. Pascal is currently enrolled as external doctoral student at the Chair of Prof. Engelen.
Research Focus
In his research activities, Pascal focuses on personality traits of founders and how they affect the development of new ventures. Pascal plans to work with secondary data.
